FAQ

Renting a Shared® item:

  • Simply rent an item, and pick it up from the address on the item's page
  • The item's owner will receive a notification of your booking so you'll get a text/email confirming the booking from the owner
  • Please note you will need to provide a copy of your ID to the item's owner for security purposes
  • Please take good care of your Shared® item and return it in the same condition it was presented to you

 

Listing an item on Shared®

  • Simply fill out our form and one of our reps will contact you for more details
  • We'll confirm the rent you wish to collect on each item 
  • Once your item is posted on Shared®, friendly people will be able to rent it
  • When your item gets a booking, you'll receive a text/email to inform you
  • Please confirm you will be available to hand over the item
  • Your customer will then receive a confirmation via text/email
  • Please inspect every item upon return and address any issues (if any) with your customer
  • Contact Shared® if you have any questions or there are any issues

Having issues with your Shared® item?

  • If you booked an item and the owner isn't responding, please email us asap at info@shared-stuff.com,
  • If your rented item was damaged, please reach out to us at info@shared-stuff.com.
